In preparation for Easter Graham enjoyed 2 egg hunts, one at preschool and the other with his playgroup friends. He's still not a big candy eater so although he was excited to find eggs he didn't care as much about what was inside. Maybe I should have put little matchbox cars in his eggs ;-) We also dyed eggs at home and he had fun decorating them. Holidays are becoming so much more fun with little ones around!
We spent our Easter weekend in Aiken at Nana and Papa's house this year. Easter Sunday was also my 31st birthday so it was really nice to be in our hometown to celebrate. We took the kids to church and Graham lasted about 5 minutes before he and Ayden thought it would be more fun to go outside and play on the playground ;-) AH and I sat through most of the service until she started getting ancy so we did communion and bailed! Ha!
The kids both looked adorable in their matching blue and white Easter outfits. After church we headed to Trenton to have lunch with family. It was a fun weekend spent in Aiken and the Easter Bunny even made a stop at Nana's house so the kids have been enjoying their treats the bunny left them!
AH in her Beaufort Bonnet-so precious!
