Meeting the GREATS!

This weekend Graham was fortunate enough to spend time with BOTH of his great-grandfathers! My Grandpa Brooks flew into town from California and was finally able to meet both Ayden and Graham. My Grandma Brooks sadly passed away recently and has not been in good health for the past few years so they were not able to fly down for our wedding. I am so sad that she never had the opportunity to meet the two wonderful boys in my life but it made my heart so happy to have my grandfather meet them both this weekend! Then on Saturday Ayden's grandfather (Grandpa Ted) came to Charlotte for a visit. It was also his first time meeting Graham and it meant so much to Ayden and I to be able to capture these meetings. Graham won't remember meeting his great-grandfathers for the first time but when he is older we can share these pictures with him along with the stories and memories we have of spending time with these GREAT men!!! Grandpa Ted could not get over how heavy Graham is, ha! This big boy definitely gives his mama's arms a good work out!!

Graham enjoyed spending time with his "Great Pi-Pa" and looks forward to spending more time with him and the Thurmond cousins next weekend in Aiken!
